This Vitamin C supplement for me is the best in all aspects of all those I've tried, because it has a fairly economical price for the effectiveness it has...I take two capsules a day, and I notice both when I do my workouts because my muscles notice it and besides now for the dates we are to avoid colds and others..to me at least it helps me a lot in both senses, apart that it is a cheap supplement for how effective it is...if you take supplementation for your muscles, for me this is a must...100% recommended.

I recommend
I take this immune-boosting supplement as a way of controlling cold sores, and I notice differences. Crises are very spaced out. As we don't produce Vitamin C, this supplement, along with a balanced diet, is a great boost.
