High quality creatine. The powder is very fine, it dissolves well and as it has no taste it is very easy to take with water, juice or yogurt. You can tell that it is a pure and well elaborated product. It is also excellent value for money. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Ultra Fine Version

Having tried both 200 and 500 Mesh, what I have noticed is that the texture and dissolution, in 500 Mesh, being more ultrafine, dissolves much faster and is fully integrated even in cold water. Although I didn't really have much of a problem with the 200 Mesh before either. However, both will produce exactly the same results, only that 500 brings a plus of comfort when mixing it.

Habiendo probado tanto 200 como 500 Mesh, lo que he notado es que la textura y la disolución, en 500 Mesh, al ser más ultrafina, se disuelve mucho más rápido y queda totalmente integrada incluso en agua fría. Aunque realmente la de 200 tampoco tuve mucho problema anteriormente. Eso si, ambas van a producir exactamente los mismos resultados, solo que 500 aporta un plus de comodidad al mezclarla.
