High-quality collagen with a good combination of ingredients that enhance its effectiveness. Don’t expect miracles unless you combine it with a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.); it’s a very good supplement. After several months of use, I’ve noticed—and others have noticed—a clear improvement in my skin, hair, and joints. It’s a bit hard to dissolve; the lemon and berry flavors are pleasant. As always, the packaging could be improved.
