Good combination of carbohydrates plus protein

I liked the banana or banana flavor, maybe a little expensive, since the 500 gr container, only gives for 10 shots of this combination of carbohydrates and proteins, in terms of digestion, pretty good, it does not give me feeling of bloating or full, so perfect for snacks or lunches, without having to snack on something less healthy at untimely hours.

Me gustó el sabor de banana o platano, quizas algo caro, puesto que el envase de 500 gr, solo da para 10 tomas de esta combinación de hidratos y proteínas, en cuanto a digestión, bastante bien, no me da sensación de hinchazón o lleno, así que perfecto para meriendas o almuerzos, sin tener que picar otra cosa menos saludable a deshoras.

Worth it

I really like HSN's Protein Rice Cream because if you follow the measurements correctly, it makes a good snack with something extra. Besides, there are very good flavors.

La Crema de Arroz proteico de HSN me gusta mucho ya que si sigues bien las medidas sale una buena merienda con algo más. A parte hay sabores muy buenos.

Best value for money

The taste is very good, in my opinion the sweeteners are very noticeable, but if that doesn't bother you, great.

El sabor está muy bien, en mi opinión se nota muchissimo los edulcorantes pero si a ti eso no te molesta, super bien.

Perfect for breakfast

I really like it for breakfast, add a banana and nuts or various dried fruits and it becomes a very complete breakfast. An added advantage is its easy digestibility if you use it before training. I bought the maple syrup one but I also like the custard one.

Me gusta mucho para desayunar , le añades un plátano y nueces o varios frutos secos y se convierte en un desayuno muy completo . Una ventaja añadida es su fácil digestibilidad en caso de utilizarlo antes de entrenar. He comprado el de sirope de arce pero el de natillas también me gusta mucho.
