Perfect for breakfast
I really like it for breakfast, add a banana and nuts or various dried fruits and it becomes a very complete breakfast. An added advantage is its easy digestibility if you use it before training. I bought the maple syrup one but I also like the custard one.
Me gusta mucho para desayunar , le añades un plátano y nueces o varios frutos secos y se convierte en un desayuno muy completo . Una ventaja añadida es su fácil digestibilidad en caso de utilizarlo antes de entrenar. He comprado el de sirope de arce pero el de natillas también me gusta mucho.

Opt for small packaging
The flavor of cinnamon rolls becomes a little heavy if you buy 2kg but if you choose the 500gr packages and combine them much better.

Spectacular flavor
I love the taste and texture it has. I have only tried, so far, the cinnamon roll flavor cream, but it is spectacular. It has not yet helped me to get volume, but just to give me the pleasure and meet the carbs in the dinner I rent.

Good in a pinch
I liked it but it's not the flavor bomb either, custard a bit artificial for my taste. I prefer to mix cream of rice and casein or protein myself.
