I have problems with lactose, fructose and sorbitol intolerance, so many proteins do not digest well and if they have a lot of sweetener it is fatal. In my case, I add about 5g of pure cocoa to the vanilla one and it feels great, I can finally take a protein that does not upset my stomach.
Tengo problemas de intolerancia a la lactosa, fructosa y sorbitol, con lo cual muchas proteínas no la digiero bien y encima si llevan mucho edulcorante ya es fatal.

I use an electric whisk to whip it, so it is nickel-plated, with a little foam. I pour the milk in cold and it is very easy to drink, especially if you drink it right after exercising. Then the vanilla flavor is not invasive, it is soft and not tiring, in fact when you finish it (I pour just 250 ml) you almost feel like another one, and without sweeteners.
Para batirla lo hago con una varilla eléctrica, entonces queda niquelado, con cierta espumita. Yo la leche la echo fría y me queda fresquito que se bebe muy fácil, sobre todo si la tomas justo después de hacer ejercicio. Después el sabor de vainilla, no es invasivo, está suave y no cansa, de hecho cuando lo terminas (yo echo 250 ml justos) casi que te apetece otro, y sin edulcorantes.
