A good alternative
If you don't want to take sweeteners, this is your option. The chocolate one is delicious, the vanilla one is quite tasteless. With this last one, I use it to add spices in the shake and transform it into golden milk. Another option is to mix it with kefir, for example, which gives it a custard-like texture. They dissolve well.
Si no quieres tomar edulcorantes, esta es tu opción. La de chocolate está rica, la de vainilla es bastante insípida. Con esta última lo que hago es aprovecharla para echar especias en el batido y transformarlo en golden milk. Otra opción es mezclarla por ejemplo con kéfir, que le da una textura tipo natillas. Se disuelven bien.

The best protection
The unsweetened option seems the best to me. I don't like the artificial sweet taste of the typical proteins of any brand. This version is perfect as it also doesn't have the side effects of sucralose and such (bloating, etc). The vanilla coffee flavor is great, I have also bought chocolate but haven't tried it yet.
La opción sin edulcorantes me parece la mejor. No me gusta nada el sabor Dulce artificial de las típicas proteínas de cualquier marca. Esta versión es perfecta ya que además no tiene los efectos secundarios de la sucralosa y demás (hinchazón, etc). El sabor vainilla café está genial, he comprado también chocolate pero aún no lo he probado.
