I normally take the higher concentration saw palmetto, I bought this one to see if it would work for maintenance by taking only one dose instead of the recommended two. I noticed that I did better with the higher concentration or taking two of these, obviously, so I will continue to take the others. I use it mainly for hormonal acne.
