I normally take the higher concentration saw palmetto, I bought this one to see if it would work for maintenance by taking only one dose instead of the recommended two. I noticed that I did better with the higher concentration or taking two of these, obviously, so I will continue to take the others. I use it mainly for hormonal acne.
Normalmente tomo el saw palmetto de mayor concentración, compré este para probar si me servía para mantenimiento tomando solo una dosis en vez de dos que son las recomendadas.
