To combat antibiotic damage

I always have Saccharomyces Boulardii at home for when someone in the family has to take antibiotics. We start taking it the same day as the antibiotic and prolong it two or three weeks after finishing it. We notice that it greatly reduces the negative consequences of taking an antibiotic. The capsules are easy to swallow because they are not very large.

Siempre tengo en casa Saccharomyces Boulardii para cuando alguien de la familia tiene que tomar antibiótico. Lo empezamos a tomar el mismo día que el antibiótico y lo prolongamos dos o tres semanas después de terminarlo. Se nota que disminuye mucho las consecuencias negativas de tomar un antibiótico. Son cápsulas fáciles de tragar porque no son muy grandes.
