The taste is not chemical at all, and the texture is slightly gelatinous. It has no unpleasant aftertaste. I use it on pancakes or protein puddings. It helps take away the craving for sweet in gray moments. Highly recommended.

I prefer the texture of creams
I decided to order the syrup instead of the dulce de leche cream and personally I don't like the texture, next time I will try the cream of the same brand. The flavor is more like caramel.

Different but very good.
It is sweet but not too cloying, just enough, has a very good syrup texture (neither too watery nor too thick) and goes well with cereals, protein and in crepes and pancakes. the combination of this dulce de leche syrup with the chocolate and hazelnut bonbon protein in a bowl of cereals is top.
La pedí para variar un poco los sabores de chocolate y me ha sorprendido mucho para bien. es dulce pero no muy empalagoso, lo suficiente, tiene muy buena textura de sirope (ni muy aguada ni demasiado espesa) y pega mucho con cereales, proteína y en crepes y pancakes. la combinación de este sirope de dulce de leche con la proteína de bombón de chocolate y avellanas en un bol de cereales es top.
