The truth is that I was surprised. It has a mild flavor, which I personally like more than the rest of commercial soy sauces. It adds flavor without camouflaging the rest of the flavors of the dish.

Good flavor but texture too dense
I really liked it as an alternative to the usual soy sauces that are almost all sugar. The only thing I don't like is that the texture is thicker than expected in a soy sauce, for my taste there is no need to thicken the soy sauce. Otherwise I like it and I'm glad I bought three jars. I will buy it again for taste and macros.
Me ha gustado mucho como alternativa a las salsas de soja habituales que son casi todo azúcar. Lo único que no me gusta es que la textura es más espesa de lo que se espera en una salsa de soja, para mi gusto no hace falta espesar la salsa de soja. Por lo demás me gusta y me alegro de haber comprado tres botes. La volveré a comprar por sabor y macros.

The soy sauce is very good and it doesn't even seem to be light. I eat it with boiled rice and it is practically the same as regular soy sauce.
