It's a good product for the price it is, although I have a feeling that if you mix protein with creatine, maybe the 500ml version is better as it may mix better as the metal ball has more room. Barring that, it's perfect for what it is: the protein shake afterwards.

Surprising the little ball.
This is the first ball shaker I have used. I was reluctant to put a piece of iron in my shake but I was pleasantly surprised. Not a single lump, which favors both when drinking it and when cleaning the shaker. Highly recommended.
