La bola mezcladora hace bien su trabajo. Yo tomo las protes con leche fría y la opción más rápida para que no quede ni un grumito es usar un shaker como este. Con cuchara olvídate, vas a estar un buen rato y con batidora ...otra cosa más que ensucias y tienes que lavar. Lo más rápido y cómodo es un shaker como bola mezcladora.
