It's a nice looking shaker, but when I bought it and got it home I thought it was too small. However, it is the perfect size for making a protein shake on the go. It takes up very little space and you can carry it around without needing a lot of room. I recommend it to take to the gym with your post-workout protein shake.
Es un shaker bonito, pero cuando lo compré y me llegó a casa me pareció muy pequeño.
Sin embargo, tiene el tamaño ideal para hacer un batido de proteína en cualquier parte. Ocupa poco y puedes llevarlo sin necesitar mucho espacio.
Lo recomiendo para llevar al gimnasio con la dosis de proteína post entreno.
