I've been training almost every day at the gym with them for 1 year, and the only bad thing is that they smell of sweat, otherwise they are like the day I bought them. The velcro is perfect and they hold super well. Really, they are very good, very strong and of good quality.
Llevo 1 año entrenando casi todos los días en el gimnasio con ellas, y lo único malo, es que huelen a sudor, por lo demás están como el día que las compré. El velcro está perfecto y sujetan super bien. De verdad, son muy buenas, muy fuertes y de buena calidad.

Having problems with the metacarpal tunnel of both wrists I was affected in the gym when training machines dumbbells bar etc. I decided to buy them and the material is beastly, very premium, I took them in orange and black and they are beautiful I have small wrists even so I can adapt them to perfection Super happy and happy again Any order placed in HSN is to have the quality-price.

Good for discomfort
It is a little inconvenient to use them at the beginning but they come in handy when you are learning the correct technique of execution of certain exercises. I was using them because I had discomfort and after a few months I no longer need them but they did their job.
Es un poco incordio utilizarlas al principio pero vienen bien cuando estás aprendiendo correctamente la técnica de ejecución de ciertos ejercicios. Les estuve usando porque tenía molestias y pasados unos meses ya no las necesito pero cumplieron su función.

My wrist is small and I have to twist the wristbands a lot and they stay too fat on my wrists. I would make them in only one color, being black, or red, or dark green....
Mi muñeca es pequeña y tengo que darle muchas vueltas a las muñequeras y se quedan demasiado gordas en mis muñecas.
Yo las haría solamente de un color, siendo negras, o rojas, o verde oscuras...
