These drops are super easy to take, with a very adequate dose of vitamin D that together with vitamin k2, make the perfect combo. The taste is not unpleasant but, after all, they are 4 drops, you do not notice. I will repeat for sure, since I take other supplements in pill form and in drops it is more convenient.
Son unas gotas súper fáciles de tomar, con una dosis muy adecuada de vitamina D que junto a la vitamina k2, hacen el combo perfecto. El sabor no me resulta desagradable pero es que, al fin y al cabo, son 4 gotas, no te das cuenta. Repetiré seguro, ya que tomo otros suplementos en pastilla y en gotas es más cómodo.

My daily dose of sun. I take it regularly and it works. However, it is also important to go out in the real sun whenever possible. I am very happy with it.
