Simple if you are vegan or have a lack of vitamin B12. The taste is not particularly pleasant, and it forms a kind of pellets around the cap, but it is quite effective, it has worked well for me when I needed it.

It has caught my attention that the package came complete in its content, up to the maximum level allowed by the package. In other products that I have bought on other websites, they sell it with a package size of twice its content. The bad thing is that it lasts 900 uses, and the best before date is not reached.
Se absorbe más rápido al ser sublingual y evitar el eje: boca-estómago-intestino. Me ha llamado la atención que el envase venía completo en su contenido, hasta el nivel máximo que permite el envase. En otros productos que he comprado en otras web, lo venden con un tamaño de envase del doble de su contenido. Lo malo es que dura 900 usos, y la fecha consumo preferente no alcanza.

It does its job. I see that there are people who complain that in the long run it is difficult to open the bottle because it sticks, but what I do (which costs little) is to clean it with a bit of paper from time to time, which is the thread. It lasts a lot so it is very profitable.
Hace su función. Veo que hay gente que se queja de que el bote a la larga cuesta de abrirlo porque se queda pegado, pero yo lo que hago (que cuesta poco) es limpiarlo con un poco de papel de vez en cuando lo que viene siendo la rosca. Dura muchísimo así que sale muy rentable.
