Easy to take

Good product to help the recovery and absorption of iron, good product but complicated to be stirring and mixing well always to be able to take the drops well.

I bought this vitamin B12 in drops for the first time but I am not finding it convenient to open the cap for dosing, I will switch to tablets next time.

I like the liquid method better than the pill method, but I would like to have a weekly instead of a daily pill.

Good

I have always taken it in pill form, and this time I wanted to try it liquid. It has no taste. I still don't know how effective it is, as I haven't had my blood work done yet. But if all goes well I will continue to use this format.

Siempre la he tomado en pastilla, y esta vez quise probarla líquida. No tiene sabor. Aún no sé qué efectividad tiene, ya que no me he hecho analítica aún. Pero si todo va bien seguiré usando este formato.
