I take it as an antidepressant and it works well. Helps to calm the mind and gain perspective. No drowsiness. Calms the mind, helps to cope with everyday stress. It would be a good idea to increase the dosage, as three capsules a day is a lot.

I am having hot flashes due to menopause and the summer heat does not help. In the second dose, I have already noticed a great improvement with the nerves and in the last few hours I have hardly noticed any hot flashes. Highly recommended.

Results are noticeable, very happy with this product. This is my 3rd bottle. It has no taste. The only thing I would change is the number of shots (3 per day), sometimes it is heavy for me since I take other products. Delighted with the speed in receiving the order, as always!!!!!
