Works for me
I have been taking it for about 2 months and I have noticed it. I do sports and it helps me not to feel so tired and to rest better. I will continue taking it.
Llevo unos 2 meses tomándolo y lo he notado. Hago deporte y me ayuda a no encontrarme tan cansada y a descansar mejor. Seguiré tomándolo.

Good magnesium at an affordable price
It is a good quality magnesium with Albion seal at a decent price. What I miss is that it brings more quantity per capsule as 125mg is quite scarce.
Es un magnesio de buena calidad con sello Albion a un precio decente. Lo que echo en falta es que traiga mas cantidad por capsula ya que 125mg es bastante escaso.

No effect
The packaging is great, it makes it very easy to take. Before I had used the other Bisglycinate which is not Albion (also a little cheaper) and it was great for constipation and to rest better. I noticed effects practically the next day and with this one I haven't had any effect.
Está genial el envase, hace que sea muy fácil tomarlo. Antes había usado el otro Bisglicinato que no es Albion(además algo más económico) y me venía genial para el estreñimiento y para descansar mejor. Noté efectos prácticamente al día siguiente y con este no he tenido ningún efecto.

My first time
It is my first attempt to try a supplement and I am happy with the results that the product gives me and it seems to fulfill its function, both in terms of rest and in everything else. I started with this format to try it because I thought it was very good both for the quantity and for the format in capsules. Seeing that I'm doing well I have returned to trust by acquiring a format of greater quantity.....seguimos.
Es mi primer intento de probar un suplemento y estoy contento con los resultados que me aporta el producto que parece que cumple con su función, tanto del descanso como en todo lo demás. Empecé con éste formato para probar porque lo veía muy bien tanto por la cantidad y por el formato en cápsulas. Viendo que me va bien he vuelto ha confiar adquiriendo un formato de mayor cantidad.....seguimos.
