So far, I've only tested two flavors: choco noisette, which gets a 3 out of 5, and crème pâtissière, which gets a 4 out of 5. 2 tips: Don't hesitate to use unsweetened almond milk for those on a dry diet, or water, which also does the trick, and classic milk for those putting on weight AND don't leave the mixture in the liquid for a long time.

2 conseils : N'hésitez pas à utiliser du lait d'amande non sucrée pour quelqu'un en sèche ou de l'eau ca le fait aussi et du lait classique pour les personnes en prise de masse ET ne laissez pas la préparation pendant un long moment dans le liquide.

Caseins serve 2 purposes: to keep hunger down, thus useful in low-calorie eating ( due to slow digestion) and are more palatable both in liquids and in yogurt and the like (since they remain dense). Excellent flavors, all of them. Recommended if you know what to do with them and the purpose of them versus whey.
