Evonative Casein is a food preparation made from flavoured native micellar casein, manufactured exclusively using the latest Arla Food Ingredients development: Lacprodan^® MicelPure™. The first micellar casein with 87% casein micelles.

Evonative casein is also:

High in protein.
Low in sugar.
Low in fat and saturated fats.

With this complete pack you get 2.5kg of Evonative Casein, a protein containing all essential amino acids, in a range of flavours, and with an irresistible texture.

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

You can take Evonative Casein either as part of a meal or between meals. That's to say: at any time of the day you want a source of sustained-release protein. For example:

Evonative Casein: You can consume 1 scoop x 70ml (30g) mixed in 200-250 ml of water or milk as part of breakfast and before going to sleep.

Incredible range of flavors

Native protein has been a discovery this year; I have always taken regular whey, but this product caught my attention. The main difference with whey is that the native raw material has a higher leucine content. It is a very very tasty flavor, it is super successful, and now I decided to buy the pack of several flavors to enjoy a different one every day ;P

La proteína nativa ha sido un descubrimiento este año; desde siempre he tomado la whey normal, pero me llamó la atención este producto. La principal diferencia con la whey es que la materia prima nativa posee un aporte superior de leucina. Es un sabor muy muy rico, está super conseguido, y ahora me decidí a comprar el pack de varios sabores para disfrutar cada día de uno diferente ;P

I've been trying the casein for a short time, so far the lemon cheesecake, it's great, leaves no lumps and is easy to drink and leaves a very rich taste in the mouth, it's early to see some results, but so far very happy and would not hesitate to buy again. The order arrived overnight

I have tried all flavors, the best is rice pudding and cookie, 30 grams in a bowl, add milk or vegetable drink until evenly mixed. 20-30 minutes in the freezer and perfect. I use it for dessert at dinner.

Spectacular

Caseins serve 2 purposes: to keep hunger down, thus useful in low-calorie eating ( due to slow digestion) and are more palatable both in liquids and in yogurt and the like (since they remain dense). Excellent flavors, all of them. Recommended if you know what to do with them and the purpose of them versus whey.

Le caseine hanno 2 scopi: mantenere basso il senso della fame, utili quindi in ipocalorica ( a causa della lenta digestione) e sono più palatabili sia in liquidi che in yogurt e simili (poiché restano dense). Sapori eccellenti, tutti. Consigliate se sapete cosa farci e lo scopo delle stesse rispetto alle whey.

Excellent

I've rediscovered casein. With a little fiber, milk and heating it, it thickens and becomes creamy like bledina. Totally regressive, and very effective for satiety when dieting (among other things).

J ai redécouvert la caséine. Avec un peu de fibre ,de lait et en la chauffant il s épaissi , et devient onctueux comme du bledina. Totalement régressif , et très efficace pour avoir la satiété lors d un régime (entre autre)
