I have not noticed any change
I bought this product because I was using some herbal pills that were relaxing and I wanted to replace them with these but the truth is that they have not done anything for me the times I have used them, maybe the concentrations in which they are found do not work for me, maybe someone else will find them useful.

Calms me down on stressful days
They work very well for me when I am stressed or nervous. I carry some in my purse in case I need it, I feel that they calm me down. It has a strong lavender flavor and sometimes it comes back to me even an hour after ingesting it, but it doesn't bother me.

They help somewhat to relieve stress and anxiety.
It is true that you have to do more than just take a pill but in times of stress and anxiety it helps. I combined it with going for a walk, doing some exercise and meditations but it is a plus. They have a curious taste of natural lavender (like the essential oil) but they take well.
Es verdad que hay que hacer algo más que tomar una pastilla pero en momentos de estrés y ansiedad ayudan. Yo lo combiné con salir a pasear, hacer algo de ejercicio y meditaciones pero es un plus.
