I have been taking the product for some time now. So far I can say that it works. I recommend anyway to lead a healthy lifestyle. Improve your sleep hygiene before going to sleep. Mindfulness meditation. Give importance to mental health. Exercise. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle ..... These natural supplements are a help, but we have to do our part to try to improve everything that surrounds having a healthy lifestyle and take care especially our mental health with all the tools that are necessary.

The capsules smell very strong, apart from the fact that they are usually repeated once taken and they also make me feel strong (stomach bloating). In the mornings I can't take them as prescribed because they make me too sleepy to work, so I will only take the two indicated at night. I'm not saying it's a bad product but I don't think I'll buy them again once they wear out. They relax, they relax and you don't get so revved up, but.... They make you sleepy, sluggish and they don't agree with my stomach.
Las cápsulas huelen fortísimo, aparte se me suelen repetir una vez tomadas y también me sientan fuerte (hinchazón de estómago). Por las mañanas no las puedo tomar como indica la prescripción porque me dan mucho sueño para trabajar, así que sólo tomaré las dos que indica por la noche. No digo que sea un mal producto pero no creo que las vuelva a comprar una vez que se gasten. Relajar, relajan y no va uno tan revolucionado pero... Dan sueño, flojera y a mi estómago no le sienta bien.

We recommend consuming the capsules together with meals, as they are ultra-concentrated forms of nutrients, they may cause slight discomfort on an empty stomach. The product does not cause drowsiness, it is completely valid for use in the morning, however if in your case you prefer to use it in the late afternoon or at night, it is a valid way of use. You should keep in mind that the odor is characteristic of herbal extracts, after the first opening of the container is significantly reduced. It is nothing to worry about. Best regards.

Recomendamos consumir las cápsulas junto con comidas, ya que al tratarse de formas ultraconcentradas de nutrientes, con el estómago vacío pueden causar leves molestias.
El producto no causa somnolencia, es completamente válido para su uso por las mañanas, de todos modos si en tu caso prefieres usarlo a última hora de la tarde o durante la noche, es una forma válida de empleo.
Debes tener en cuenta que el olor es característico de los extractos herbales, tras la primera apertura del envase se reduce significativamente. No es nada de lo que debas preocuparte.
