The right magnesium for during the day
Good value for money compared to the competition. Quite effective for giving me a boost of energy during the day and promoting satiety and electrolyte balance during my 20:4 intermittent fasting. The only downside is that, compared to Magnesium Bisglycinate, the dosage is 2 capsules and malate, 3. Ideally, both magnesiums would have the same concentration per tablet to balance the daily dosages.

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for more than 30 years and until a week ago I did not find out that this magnesium helps to relieve symptoms and fatigue, among other things.
