Great product
Excellent magnesium intake, recommended for low energy situations. I have not noticed digestive side effects as with other forms of magnesium that are absorbed worse. The only downside is the size of the tablet to be able to swallow it and it is 3 tablets a day. In case of difficulty in this regard, bisglycinate is better.
Excelente aporte de magnesio, recomendado para situaciones de baja energía. No he notado efectos secundarios digestivos como con otras formas de magnesio que se absorben peor. La única pega es el tamaño del comprimido para poder tragarlo y son 3 comprimidos al día.
En caso de dificultad en este sentido, es mejor el bisglicinato.
