Good effect
Seconds after taking it I notice how it goes up to my head and I feel a sensation of warmth in my body and the relaxation of my muscles. Sometimes I mix it with an infusion and I don't notice the taste, although I don't dislike taking it alone, with a finger of water and that's it. I have already repeated a couple of times.

Very bitter
The taste is terribly bitter in water... it dilutes perfectly, but the taste is between sour and bitter and it's hard to bear... in the end you swallow it as if it were a shot and forget it. As for the effect, I only noticed it the first few nights...my body felt heavier and it is possible that it helped me to relax, but then I hardly noticed anything.
El sabor es terriblemente amargo en agua... se diluye perfecto, pero el sabor es entre agrio y amargo y cuesta soportarlo... al final lo tragas como si fuera un chupito y a olvidar. En cuanto al efecto, sólo lo noté la primeras noches...notaba el cuerpo más pesado y es posible que me ayudase a relajarlo, pero luego apenas he notado nada.

The packaging is awkward, I switched to a small glass one. It doesn't taste like anything, so it's great. And it has done us a lot of good, calmer and at bedtime great. We are in times of high stress and it has been effective.

Underestimated by many as it is used with the main purpose of relaxation before bedtime. I personally use it as a preworkout at 3gr. Along with tyrosine . Hallucinatory focus.
