I was looking to improve the effectiveness of my night's rest. First I tried melatonin to start sleeping. It didn't work very well and the intensity of sleep was insufficient. Here's another option, Gaba, which doesn't cause sleep, but intensifies it and makes sleep deeper and more restorative. I've woken up feeling more refreshed, even with fewer hours in bed.

The taste is terribly bitter in water... it dilutes perfectly, but the taste is between sour and bitter and it's hard to bear... in the end you swallow it as if it were a shot and forget it.
