Good quality

It has a very strong flavor, typical of chickpeas, but mixed into doughs with other flours (wheat flour for example) it becomes decent for making breads, pizzas and the like. A good product.

Ha un sapore molto forte, tipico dei ceci, ma mischiata in impasti con altre farine (farina di grano ad esempio) diventa decente per fare pane, pizze e simili. Un buon prodotto.

For pancakes and batter

I use it mixed with other flours to make pancakes. Also for breading, instead of refined flours. HSN has some quality flours at a very good price.

Lo utilizo mezclándolo con otras harinas para hacer tortitas. También para rebozar, en lugar de harinas refinadas. HSN tiene unas harinas de calidad y a muy buen precio.

I use chickpea flour very occasionally, for the breading of some food, as I am gluten intolerant and I find the taste appealing but I try not to consume a lot of breading and it lasts me quite a long time.

Utilizo la harina de garbanzo muy de vez en cuando, para el rebozado de algún alimento, ya que soy intolerante al gluten y el sabor me parece atractivo pero intento no consumir muchos rebozados y me dura bastante.

One of the cheapest chickpea flours you will find. Although it is true that the format is somewhat cumbersome, but in general, flours are sold in this type of packaging.
