Good quality
It has a very strong flavor, typical of chickpeas, but mixed into doughs with other flours (wheat flour for example) it becomes decent for making breads, pizzas and the like. A good product.
Ha un sapore molto forte, tipico dei ceci, ma mischiata in impasti con altre farine (farina di grano ad esempio) diventa decente per fare pane, pizze e simili. Un buon prodotto.

I use it mixed with other flours to make pancakes. Also for breading, instead of refined flours. HSN has some quality flours at a very good price.

I use chickpea flour very occasionally, for the breading of some food, as I am gluten intolerant and I find the taste appealing but I try not to consume a lot of breading and it lasts me quite a long time.
