I like it.
I have been taking Biotin for about 2 months and I have to say that the pills are taken very well, I have noticed results in hair, skin and nails, although the hair continues to fall out, it grows stronger, the skin is more hydrated and the nails grow faster. My value for money is very good, I will continue taking it and I recommend it.

Excellent mineral supplement.
The product comes in perfect condition. I find it quite interesting to use it in people who have a poorly varied diet and with low mineral intake who have symptoms of chronic fatigue, as the supplement provides zinc and selenium which are minerals whose deficit generates in most cases fatigue and low activity of the immune system.
