I use it for blood sugar control. Positive that an extraction method is used that limits the amount of coumarins in the product, as these are what makes Ceylon cinnamon preferable to cassia. Also usable in cooking without problems.

Very good
I really liked the taste, it is easy to mix with other shakes and sweeten them a little with the cinnamon, you don't need to put sugar. To say a downside are the containers, which are fine but as they are all the same I always have to go looking at the small label on the back :)
Me ha gustado mucho su sabor, es fácil de mezclar con otros batidos y endulzarlos un poco con la canela, no necesitas poner azúcar. Por decir una pega son los envases, que están bien pero como son todos iguales siempre tengo que ir mirando la etiqueta pequeña de atrás :)
