It tastes quite floury, if you add spices or some other ingredient it improves. I would also add tahini or sesame to make it more like hummus.
Sabe bastante a harina, si le añades especias o algún otro ingrediente mejora. Yo le añadiría también tahini o sésamo para que se parezca más a un hummus.
