Chickpea flour flavor
If prepared according to the directions on the package, it is practically liquid. If you add less water it does take consistency, but the flavor is purely chickpea flour and the texture is more like unbaked bread dough than hummus. I did not like it, you have to add a lot of things (paprika, tahini, etc.) to the result to make it appetizing.
Si se prepara según las indicaciones del envase queda prácticamente líquido. Si le pones menos agua sí toma consistencia, pero el sabor es puramente a harina de garbanzo y la textura se parece más a una masa de pan sin hornear que a humus. No me ha gustado, hay que añadir muchas cosas (pimentón, tahini, etc.) al resultado como para que sea apetecible.
Hi Eva, Indeed, as you say, it needs to be seasoned. This is commented in the product description on the web, as well as in an infographic added to the product images. I ordered it for the ideal macros in the definition stage but imagining that it would not taste like hummus since it has no oil or tahini. Indeed, the first impression was not very good, but the following takes, with paprika, cumin and black salt improved. So spread on cakes it is delicious. Out of defi I'll stick with the normal one.
Lo pedí por los macros ideales en etapa de definición pero imaginando que no sabría a hummus ya que no tiene aove ni tahini. Efectivamente la primera impresión no fue muy buena, pero las siguientes tomas, con pimentón, comino y sal negra mejora. Así untadito en tortas está rico. Fuera de defi me quedo con el normal.

Interesting macros but does not taste like hummus
Obviously not having oil and tahini I knew it was not going to be a conventional hummus. If you add paprika, cumin, salt and pepper it is fine to add it to rice pancakes for example if you are in definition and looking for options with high protein. For taste it is better to stick with the normal one.
Obviamente al no llevar aove y tahini sabía que no iba a ser un hummus convencional. Si le echas pimentón, comino, sal y pimienta está bien para echarlo en tortitas de arroz por ejemplo si estás en definición y buscas opciones con prote alta. Por sabor mejor quedarse con el normal.
