I have to admit that I am not a big fan of hummus, so perhaps my opinion is not for fans of this dish. I really liked the product for its ease of preparation, although I have to admit that without a little salt and pepper that I added, it was tasteless. As a side dish it was very acceptable, colorful (I took the one with chickpeas and beets) and with a pleasant texture.

I bought the chickpea and sweet potato version. The texture is great and it is a very convenient product to use, but I don't like the taste (it tastes like protein powder, basically) and you have to season it a lot. It's a shame because the ingredients are good. I was looking for a low-fat protein snack. I think I'll opt to make my own light hummus.
