The powder dissolves extremely well (you do not even have to stir). The fruit punch flavor is ok, but not really tasty. From the pump booster effect I am somewhat disappointed (but never take boosters).

A great experience
I wasn't expecting much effect since it doesn't contain any caffeine. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I use it when I run in the afternoon and before a race. It greatly reduces fatigue and gives me that extra concentration in each stride. I took it in fruit punch flavor. I like it with very cool water, and now that summer is coming, it's great. It's a bit expensive, but since I don't use it every day, I end up paying for it. I would definitely buy it again.
No esperaba gran efecto ya que no lleva nada de cafeína. Sin embargo, me ha sorprendido gratamente. Lo uso cuando corro por la tarde y antes de una carrera. Me disminuye mucho la fatiga y me da ese plus de concentración en cada zancada.
Me lo cogí sabor ponche de frutas. A mí me gusta, con agua bien fresquita, y ahora que viene el verano va genial.
Es un poco caro, pero como no lo uso todos los días al final renta.
Sin duda, lo volvería a comprar.
