I'd rather have a one-time pill than every day
In the winter months it is definitely the easiest way to supplement vitamin D3, easier to mark a day on the calendar than to remember it every day. Note that there is no need to just take it, since D3 needs adequate levels of magnesium and calcium in the body to be absorbed.

Very long-lasting effect and correspondingly infrequent use
This preparation contains such high amounts of vitamin D that only one capsule needs to be taken every 60 days. This is certainly very consumer-friendly, but of course one must not forget the dates and not accidentally take too much. With vitamin D, storage of excess amounts takes place in fatty tissue, so you really have to be careful. With this in mind, however, certainly a satisfactory preparation.
Dieses Präparat beinhaltet so hohe Mengen an Vitamin D, dass nur alle 60 Tage eine Kapsel eingenommen werden muss. Das ist sicher sehr verbraucherfreundlich, man darf aber natürlich die Termine nicht vergessen und nicht versehentlich zu viel nehmen.
Bei Vitamin D findet eine Speicherung überschüssiger Mengen im Fettgewebe statt, deshalb muss man wirklich vorsichtig sein. Unter dieser Berücksichtigung aber sicher ein zufriedenstellendes Präparat.
