I would not buy it again, if the water is too hot it does not dissolve and there are huge lumps and loose powder, as if it were not soluble, with a very artificial taste.
No lo volvería a comprar, si el agua esta muy caliente no se disuelve y quedan unos grumos enormes y el polvo suelto, como si no fuese soluble, de sabor muy artificial.

We do not recommend mixing it with extremely cold or extremely hot temperatures, as these temperatures can cause physical damage to the protein and worsen the mixability of the product. Este fenómeno que manifiestas ocurre cuando se produce daño térmico en la proteína que contiene el producto.
No emplees agua hirviendo para su mezcla, con que esté caliente es suficiente, el polvo se integra completamente y el resultado es bueno.
Prueba a calentar menos el agua antes de echar el producto y te animamos a que vuelvas a comentar con tu experiencia.
