I bought the mono dose to test it. It performs its function but to my taste it is too sweet (I drink coffee without sugar). The single dose really contains enough to drink it in one sitting, so I used it more than once, dosing the amount.
Me compré el mono dosis para probarlo. Realiza su función pero a mi gusto es muy dulce (tomo el café sin azúcar). En la monodosis realmente entra bastante cantidad como para tomarlo en una sola vez, por lo que la use más veces dosificando la cantidad.

I appreciate that they have given it to me with my order (it was the most convenient for me to select), I find it an interesting product, however in my case it is not worth it, I prefer to take coffee and protein separately, once I bought coffee flavored protein and I did not like it at all.

Es muy bueno tiene un sabor a chocolate agradable, su contenido alto en proteina me parece una buena opción para el desayuno y su contenido en calcio aún más, su sabor café moca es delicioso.PD no se debe hervir el agua porque la proteina se compacta por el calor, mi consejo es que temples el agua pongas la cantidad del preparado de café moca lo renuevas y luego lo calientas un poco más no mucho verás como hace una capita de espuma y sabe ¡genial calentito!

Questionable caffeine, top flavor
Well, I can't say anything about the taste, it's really quite good, it even smells like a coffee, but I have a little more doubts about the effectiveness at the caffeine level... I haven't noticed much of its effect, but if the protein intake is the right one, then it's a good option to take an extra protein intake. Obviously a caffeine pill has more quantity and is more noticeable... but I expected to perceive it a little more, although I will continue to give it one more chance.
Pues lo dicho, de sabor no puedo decir nada, está realmente bastante bueno, se huele incluso a un café, pero tengo un poco más de dudas con la efectividad a nivel de cafeína... no he notado mucho su efecto, pero si el aporte de proteínas es el indicado, pues es una buena opción para tomar un aporte extra de proteínas. Obviamente una pastilla de cafeína tiene más cantidad y se nota más... pero esperaba percibirlo un poco más, aunque seguiré dándole una oportunidad más.

I bought the single serving package first and loved it. I usually drink coffee and everything without sugar and it is true that it is a little too sweet, but not unpleasant. Compré primero el paquete de porción individual y me encantó. Suelo tomar el café y todo sin azúcar y es cierto que es algo dulce de más, pero no desagrada.
