I have tried it with warm skimmed protein milk, 300ml and I added 2 scoops and in a cup it is complicated to mix, there are lumps and you have to be a long time to finish mixing. On the other hand, I really liked the taste. I will try it again in a shaker to see how it tastes.
Lo he probado con leche desnatada proteica tibia, 300ml y le añadí 2 cacitos y en una taza se hace complicado de mezclar, quedan grumos y hay que estar un buen rato para que se acabe mezclando. Por otro lado el sabor me gustó mucho. Lo volveré a probar en un shaker a ver que tal.
