Light and easy to drink.
I have to admit that it is a change in proteins, I was already a little tired of the usual shakes and something a little more refreshing is appreciated, the flavor (Mango) is quite achieved and is pleasant, for me a little too sweet and you can tell that it is "powder", but easy to take.
