It is a different type of protein than whey, it is true that it gives less of a milkshake feeling. In my case I took it simply to vary from the typical sweet flavors and drink something more like a soft drink. And they are not bad. Of course, they are a little more expensive than whey. I have tried the watermelon and apple flavors and they are good. But they do leave a rather sweet aftertaste, but overall, good.

I bought a sample of this protein to try as I wanted one that mixed well with water. I highly recommend it. The peach flavor is super yummy (the two colored peach tidbit that is heart shaped) but without getting too sweet.
