Just so you understand me, the flavors are like the ones you might find in the famous energy drinks. The fruit punch (fruit mix) literally tastes like a lollipop, the apple and blue raspberry are 100% successful. With cold water or ice it's like drinking a soda. It is good and effective. But you have to shake a lot and the foam takes a while to come off. 4 out of 5 stars.

Good texture and flavor
It doesn't give any texture to the water, it stays like the typical water flavorings. The normal proteins were terrible for me because I couldn't stand the texture. I use this one during workouts or as if I were drinking water during the afternoon and it is very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
