This is the authentic Ceylon Cinnamon and I must confess that it has nothing to do with the one sold in supermarkets. Besides, it feels great (those that are a mixture produce gas and inflammation). The only thing I would improve would be the format of the container because being such a fine powder, you have to be very careful not to waste it. I end up refilling the empty glass jars so nothing spills out of the container.
Lo único que mejoraría sería el formato del envase porque al ser un polvo tan fino, hay que ir con muchísimo cuidado para que no se desperdicie. Yo al final termino rellenando los tarros de cristal vacíos y así no se derrama nada fuera del recipiente.
