Better without complements
I really liked the supplement and it has greatly improved my premenopausal symptoms, but I would prefer that it did not contain zinc or vitamin B, as this makes it difficult to take with other supplements. I would prefer it to be pure.
Me ha gustado mucho el complemento y me ha mejorado muchísimo los síntomas de la premenopausia, pero preferiría que no llevara zinc ni vit B, pues eso lo hace difícil para tomar junto con otros complementos. Preferiría que fuera que fuera puro.

Since I've been taking it, I feel much better hormonally and in terms of rest. It does not work miracles, so you are not going to notice big changes (especially if you do not already do everything else: eat well, rest...) but it is good as a plus to help you feel more vital or regulate your cycle. I recommend it especially for women.
Desde que lo tomo me noto mucho mejor a nivel hormonal y de descanso. No hace milagros, por lo que no vais a notar grandes cambios (especialmente si no hacéis ya todo lo demás: comer bien, descansar...) pero si que va bien como un plus de ayuda para sentirte más vital o regular tu ciclo. Lo recomiendo sobre todo para mujeres.

Finally Hsn brings out its new Ashwagandha with the patent KSM-66 for me the one that best suits me and I have tried them all (Sensoril-Shoden) and although it is true that it has less percentage of withanolides than the other two I feel better because those withanolides 5% are exclusively from the root extract without including leaves less sedative than the other two, but it also exerts its function and gives you more focus in the morning. Great price and great product as always at HSN.
Por fin Hsn saca su nueva Ashwagandha con la patente KSM-66 para mi la que mejor me sienta y he probado todas (Sensoril-Shoden) y aunque es cierto que tiene menos porcentaje de withanólidos que las otras dos a mí me sienta mejor ya que esos withanólidos 5% son exclusivamente del extracto de la raíz sin incluir hojas menos sedante que las otras dos, pero ejerce igualmente su función y te da más focus de mañana. Gran precio y gran producto como siempre en HSN.
