Absolute quality
The quality is definitely high. In the fall I used Shoden for two months which was the bomb, but when I took it off I had a brief down period psychologically, which I resolved with a week of 5htp to restore good mood. I chose to take KSM because of its somewhat less potent and more balanced formula for sports people, since I use it as an adaptogenic tonic and for fitness and good mood. I think that may be enough for me, we'll see. However, the certifications are an absolute guarantee, you just have to find the most suitable for your body and use, and use it for a prolonged period to notice the effects.
La qualità è sicuramente alta. In autunno ho usato per due mesi la Shoden che era una bomba, ma quando l'ho staccata ho avuto un breve periodo di down a livello psicologico, che ho risolto con una settimana di 5htp per ripristinare il buon umore. Ho scelto di prendere la KSM per la sua formula un po' meno potente e più bilanciata per chi pratica sport, dato che la uso come tonico adattogeno e per la forma fisica e il buon umore. Penso che mi possa bastare, vedremo. Le certificazioni sono comunque una garanzia assoluta, basta trovare la più adatta al proprio corpo e utilizzo, e usarla per un periodo prolungato per notarne gli effetti.
