It acts but it must be given time
It is already the third bottle of Ashwagandha KSM-66 that I buy, initially I did not notice anything but when I had been taking it every day for about three months I noticed that I lost weight and, at the same time, I slightly increased my muscle mass or at least I kept the one I had. It is very surprising that a 50 year old man begins to show muscle, because I was in shape but I didn't feel defined as I am now. In short: Aswagandha KSM-66 does work in what I have reported, but to notice its effects you have to take it constantly and add constant exercise.
Es ya el tercer bote de Ashwagandha KSM-66 que compro, inicialmente no noté nada pero cuando llevaba unos tres meses tomándola todos los días noté que adelgazé y, a la vez, aumenté ligeramente la masa muscular o al menos mantuve la que tenía. Resulta muy sorprendente que a un hombre de 50 años se le empiece a marcar la musculatura, porque yo estaba en forma pero no se me notaba definido como empiezo a estarlo en la actualidad.
En definitiva: La Aswagandha KSM-66 sí funciona en lo que he relatado, pero para notar sus efectos hay que tomarla de manera constante y añadir ejercicio también constante
