Good product
I have been taking it for a few months and now I am resting as recommended. I take it for stress and insomnia to see if it improves, I like the dose because I can divide it into two doses. It does not have a spectacular effect although it seems to improve somewhat, it depends on whether the stress levels are very high or not, I will take it again after about a month.
La he estado tomando unos meses y ahora estoy descansando como recomiendan. La tomo por estrés e insomnio para ver si mejoraba, me gusta la dosis porque así puedo dividirla en dos tomas.
No hace un efecto espectacular aunque parece que algo sí mejora, igual depende de si los niveles de estrés son muy altos o no, volveré a tomarla cuando pase un mes aproximadamente.
