Lo tomo dese hace 4 años y estoy encantada. La coenzima Q10 te permite controlar del envejecimiento celular y el daño oxidativo ocasionado por la edad (mas de 50). Aunque tu dieta sea equilibrada considero fundamental suplementarte con Q10 y si tienes colesterol y tomas medicación, la coenzima Q10 palia los efectos adversos de la medicación para control de colesterol.
