I sleep 6 hours
Now I sleep 6 to 8 hours with this melatonin supplement with cream and strawberry flavor. For my part, I totally recommend it because before I did not rest well and did not sleep even 5 hours.

Better rest for a longer period of time
Good supplement to improve rest. It tastes good, and compared to normal melatonin, it differs in that this is sequential release, so if you wake up in the middle of the night, you still have its effect to continue resting better.
Buen suplemento para mejorar el descanso. Tiene un buen sabor, y respecto a la melatonina normal, se diferencia en que esta es de liberación secuencial, por lo que si te despiertas a mitad de la noche, sigues teniendo su efecto para poder seguir descansando mejor.
