Excellent strawberry laroma. Melatonin is released into the body 50% during the first hour, with the remainder released gradually over the following hours.

Chewable melatonin with a very good taste. Its effect is noticeable after 30 - 45 minutes of taking it and the truth is that I tried a bottle of 30 and now I'm going for the 120 without thinking about it.
