The effect is noticeable.
After trying melatonin from other brands, I have noticed the effect with this one. The quality/price ratio seems to me to be more than good. On the other hand, it is not difficult to take. It tastes very good and does not bother to let it dissolve as if it were a candy.

Highly recommended for sleeping
I recommend this product, do not chew it even if you can because it keeps you sleeping all night if swallowed. It is healthier than any benzodiazepine but should not be abused like all products.
Este producto lo recomiendo, no masticarlo aunque se pueda porque te mantiene si se traga toda la noche durmiendo. Es mas sano que cualquier benzodiacepina aunque no se debe abusar como todos los productos.

It was a gift with the order. The pastilles are elongated but not very big and taste like candy. You can suck on them until they melt. They are pink. But I have to take more than two for it to have any effect.

Sequential release
Good idea to make a sequential release melatonin to not have middle of the night awakenings. I don't have sleep problems and don't take it regularly, but for example on Sunday I always take it so I don't pay for the weekend schedule change and it works great for me.
Buena idea la de hacer una melatonina de liberación secuencial para no tener despertares a media noche. Yo no tengo problemas de sueño y no la tomo habitualmente, pero por ejemplo el domingo siempre la tomo para no pagar el cambio de horarios del fin de semana y me va muy bien.
